Taylor Swift Talks Controversy And Haters And How They Influence Her Music

The singer slammed her haters and had a clear message. While chatting with Tracy Smith from CBS Sunday Morning, Taylor Swift explained how being involved in controversy influences her creative process since she even has songs in which he addresses her critics directly.
When asked why she even responds to hate in her lyrics, Taylor explained her side.
‘Well, when they stop coming for me, I’ll stop singing to them. You know how people go on and on about, you have to forgive and forget in order to move past something. No, you do not. You do not have to forgive and you do not have to forget to move on. You can without any of those things happening. You only just become indifferent, and then move on,’ the celeb dished.
Of course, that is not to say she is not Okay with making peace.
At the same time, however, Taylor made it very clear that she will never hesitate to clap back if she needs to defend herself or her art.
‘I’m still someone who is the first to apologize when I am wrong. But I think I am better at standing up for myself when I have been wronged. So, that is something that I think also comes with growing up,’ she said during the interview.
It’s a well-known fact that Swift has beef with a few fellow celebs in the industry including Kanye West as well as his wife, Kim Kardashian.
More recently, she’s been having bad blood with star manager Scooter Braun.
Taylor took to social media to drag the latter for buying the rights to all of her music after years of alleged bullying.
