Taylor Swift is a huge fan of cats and though some people think she has dozens, she only has three. For many years, Taylor had two cats — Olivia Benson and Meredith Grey. While filming the music video for Me! with Brendon Urie, she met Benjamin, a cat who would be in the video. Taylor fell in love with the little fellow and adopted him. Now, she has Benjamin, Meredith, and Olivia and frequently shared photos of her cats on her social media pages, including her official Instagram account where she has 134.5 million followers.
Taylor shared a sweet picture of herself holding two kittens and it was clear she was tempted to take them home. Taylor looked beautiful with her blonde hair pulled back in a ponytail. Taylor Swift even shared a photo of herself with a Sphynx cat as a promotion for her movie Cats. The movie didn’t do very well in theaters but at least Taylor got to pose with a really cool cat!

Taylor doesn’t need a holiday to have a reason to celebrate or hug her cats, but on National Cat Day, she made sure to remind everyone to show their cat love.
