Tekashi 6ix9ine is never one to shy away from clout. Earlier this year, a judge permitted the “GOOBA” artist’s departure from prison on account of the coronavirus pandemic which posed a risk to him on account of his asthmatic condition.

Not long after he got out, 6ix9ine returned to form on his social media and began posting a brand new music videos and also started to feud with other rappers in the industry. For instance, 6ix9ine began trashing Snoop Dogg on social media to which the rapper formally responded too as well.

These days, Tekashi 6ix9ine is making an offer to fans. The rapper says that if his post showing off his ankle monitor reaches half-a-million likes, he’ll release a new music video the following week.

As it was noted above, Tekashi 6ix9ine dropped a brand new video last week for “GOOBA,” which subsequently broke records on YouTube. The music video even topped Eminem’s record for the most views in the shortest amount of time.

“GOOBA” reached over 40 million views in just under 24 hours which was formerly held by Eminem with his song, “Killshot,” which was directed at Machine Gun Kelly – a formal response to the song, “Rap Devil.”

Additionally, it was reported by multiple outlets that Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Instagram Live session in which he unveiled his new video broke Tory Lanez’s record for Quarantine Radio. Tory later addressed it on his social media and insinuated he would no longer host it.

Although, he later claimed he was merely joking around. Regardless, there’s no question that Daniel Hernandez, aka Tekashi 6ix9ine, is great at generating clout for himself. As it was noted above, 6ix9ine even managed to get a response from Snoop Dogg regarding the allegation that he helped put Suge Knight behind bars.

Snoop Dogg said on his social media that everyone in the industry knows he had nothing to do with Suge Knight’s imprisonment. 6ix9ine also got a rise out of Meek Mill.
