Teresa Giudice Caught Partying In Greece After Attorney General Reveals He Wants Joe Giudice Deported

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Joe Giudice is currently sitting in an ICE detention center in Pennsylvania while he waits for the Third Circuit Court to decide his fate. But, at the same time, his wife Teresa is partying hard in Mykonos, Greece.

The 47-year-old mom-of-four has been keeping fans up to date with her European vacation by posting pics on Instagram that show off her luxurious accommodations, her bikini body, and images of the delicious Greek food she has been enjoying.

Meanwhile, Joe submitted his brief last month in his third (and probably final) attempt to appeal an immigration judge’s deportation order that was issued last October. However, the U.S. Attorney General just filed his response, and he argues that the United States should deport Joe immediately because he claims the RHONJ star committed an “aggravated felony,” which is grounds for immediate deportation.

Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Division Joseph H. Hunt filed the rebuttal on behalf of the Attorney General on August 14th.

Joe claims he didn’t commit an aggravated felony – which is where the victim of a crime suffers more than $10,000 in damages. After he pleaded guilty to mail, wire, and bank fraud, Joe says he paid $400,000 in restitution, and he claims Wells Fargo isn’t a victim because they reached a settlement with the state of New Jersey after they issued fraudulent consumer loans.

All of this appears to be far from Teresa Giudice’s mind, as she posted a pic of herself clinking champagne glasses with a friend. She also showed off her $895 Giuseppe Zanotti sneakers. Teresa has made it clear that she intends to file for divorce from Joe if the court orders his deportation back to his native Italy, and this year cameras have spotted her numerous times with her 26-year-old boy toy, Blake Schreck.

Joe and Teresa have been apart for more than four years since they both pleaded guilty to fraud charges. She spent 11 months in prison back in 2015 before he started serving his three-year sentence, which he completed in March. However, instead of releasing him to his family, the federal Bureau of Prisons turned Joe over to ICE’s custody.

According to Radar Online, Joe’s relatives in Italy have been preparing for him to come to Europe even though he hasn’t lived there since he was a baby.

The Third Circuit Court is expected to make a decision in Joe’s case in the coming months.
