Fans of Teresa Giudice know that she and Joe have faced considerable adversity in the last few years, considering both she and he have gone to prison over tax evasion and other similar charges.
However, their family suffered a considerable blow when it was revealed that the United States government would be deporting Joe back to Italy. Contrary to what some were led to believe, Joe isn’t actually an American citizen.
And for Mr. Giudice, things just got worse, as reports have indicated that his wife was cuddling up to another man on New Year’s Eve. A source who spoke with the Us Weekly said that the 46-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star was hanging out with a man in his early 20’s at the Big Pink on Monday, on the 31st of December.

The insider said to the outlet that she was touching his legs and they even held hands for a moment. He also was rubbing her leg in a “romantic way.”
A spectator who spoke with the outlet claimed that she was behaving as if she didn’t even care if anyone was watching the two of them. Fans of the reality star have asked if she has accepted Joe’s deportation. Teresa and Joe have been married for nineteen years.
Her lawyer, however, James Leonard Junior, claims Teresa was merely having a night out with friends to celebrate New Year’s Eve. The star was with a “large group of men and women.”
As it was noted above, Teresa and Joe both pled guilty to 41 counts of fraud in 2014 and she subsequently completed an 11-month prison sentence in 2015. Joe began a 41-month sentence in 2016.
Joe, also 46-years-old, is due to get out this March, but a judge said in October that he would be deported back to Europe. In an interview with Us Weekly, Teresa said she wasn’t very excited about the Christmas season due to the news.
Since her mother’s death and her husband’s verdict, her Christmas holidays were far from jolly. Speaking about her husband’s deportation on Good Morning America, the star said she and Joe have been “through a lot.”
