Since it is possible that her husband Joe might get deported after serving the rest of his prison sentence, Teresa Giudice has to think well and hard and take the best decision for her family. That being said, it seems like she is no longer scared of getting a divorce and now thinks it’s the only option in the worst of cases.

One new insider report claims the RHONJ star is no longer considering moving with Joe to Italy if they cannot save him from deportation.

Instead, she is convinced going their separate ways is what should actually happen for the sake of their daughters.

A source tells HollywoodLife that ‘Teresa is still deeply hurt and upset that this entire situation has happened to her family and since Joe has been away, [she] has had a lot of time to reflect on everything.’

After Joe gets released from prison in March, he faces deportation to his native country of Italy.

But during the time that Joe has been behind bars, Teresa has gotten quite used to being pretty much single and apparently, she likes it too now.

While at daughter Gia’s birthday party earlier this month, the reality TV star did not even wear her wedding ring!

‘She is seeing that she can balance life as a single, working mom and she’s thriving. It’s making her realize she needs to put herself and her daughters first. She still does blame Joe for the whole situation, and it still hurts her to know she missed time with her daughters [since she also served time in prison.]’

The source went on to make it very clear that while in the past getting a divorce used to ‘scare’ Teresa, now that she’s lived away from Joe for such a long time, that is no longer the case.

In fact, if the deportation order goes through, she thinks that is the right thing to do.
