The Beyhive Attacks Omari Hardwick After He Makes Beyoncé Super Uncomfortable By Kissing Her Twice

Omari Hardwick was clearly excited to meet Queen Bey at the NAACP Image Awards. So much so that he accidentally almost kissed her on the lips — and he’s paying for the mistake now.

This last week Beyoncé graced the public with an outing twice to accept a GLAAD Award and an NAACP Image Award.

Last night, celebrities lined up to meet the musician and her husband Jay Z. One of those being ‘Power’s Omari Hardwick.

Omari went in with a casual kiss on the cheek, hugged her, and went for a second kiss that almost landed on her lips. The actor may have been nervous to be in Beyoncé’s presence but the Beyhive saw the uncomfortable look on her face and went directly to defending her in his comment section.

In addition to stinging with their iconic bee emoji, some fans left insults and warnings among other things.

“You tried my Queen with that 2nd kiss! You fine but you ain’t that fine! Count your days,” said one.

Another stated: “YOU DONT HAVE THE TAX BRACKET TO DOUBLE KISS BEYONCÉ TRY THAT SHIT AGAIN AND YOU GONE LOSE YA LIFE.”

“How you gone kiss all up on the queen but don’t even follow her? She could taste the dishonesty that was all over your breath. That’s why she looked uncomfortable,” one commentator questioned.

A passionate social media user compared the double kiss to the #metoo trend: “This is why the #metoo movement is important. No matter how famous and powerful a woman is, there will always be some dusty ass inappropriate man who feels like he has the right to take your manner and generosity as an invitation to make you uncomfortable. You disrespected your wife, your children, Beyoncé and Jay Z and need to apologize.”
