The city continues to claim that his attack has been staged. The Shade Room cites TMZ and brings new information about this whole situation.

TSR reports that ‘According to TMZ, the lawsuit claims that Jussie and Abel Osundairo, one of the brothers accused by police of staging Jussie’s attack, had been friends since 2017. In addition to socializing and exercising together, the suit claims that Abel assisted Jussie in obtaining recreational drugs.’

Regarding the attack, the lawsuit claims that Jussie told Abel just a little bit before the assault, ‘Might need your help on the low.’

TSR reported that the lawsuit also alleges that Jussie searched for the location for the attack with the Osundairo brothers two days before everything happened.

People quickly jumped in the comments section to defend Jussie.

For instance, someone said: ‘So because THEY failed to find legitimate evidence against him, they’re suing him? Make it make sense…’

Another commenter ‘That case over with niece. We already over it. Jussie was exonerated. Leave it alone we don’t care anymore.’

One other person said ‘If they didn’t have enough evidence to charge him. How do you have enough to file a lawsuit?🤔🤔🤔🤔’

Someone else believes that ‘They are fully trying to ruin his reputation and career. Was he not found not guilty? Leave the man alone.’

Meanwhile, Jussie was spotted partying in Hawaii, and the news has been met with different reactions on social media.
