Audrina Patridge has been granted a temporary restraining order against her ex-husband Corey Bohan. The Hills: New Beginnings star is claiming he is still inflicting abuse on her even though they are divorced.

The Blast was first to confirm the news Patridge was granted an order that states Bohan must stay 100 yards away from her and their daughter Kirra. All of his visitation rights to the 3-year-old little girl have been stripped away while law enforcement investigates the abuse claims.

Earlier in the week, the reality TV star filed an emergency motion that included abuse allegations. Specific details of the court documents have been sealed, meaning there is not much information on what caused Partridge to file an emergency order.

Since both Kirra and her mom are listed on the filing, it makes sense the documents are sealed. The court is tight-lipped when it comes to making information regarding a minor child public. What is known is that Patridge listed the most recent abuse allegations from May to now.

However, this is not the first time The Hills: New Beginnings star has accused her ex-husband of abuse. It was listed as part of her reason for their divorce, as well as brought up during their custody battle.

Speaking of custody of little Kirra, Patridge has also requested an immediate custody hearing. She is asking a judge to grant her full custody of her daughter with Bohan only getting supervised visits. A hearing is scheduled for later this month to determine what is best for the little girl.

They share custody now. The meeting place for their exchange is the local police station, which was at Partridge’s request. A relationship is pretty terrible if two parents can’t even drop and pick up at each other’s homes.

Bohan did respond to the initial order and appeared at the Orange County Courthouse for hearing. He denied all claims of abuse.
