The Hills New Beginnings: Stephanie Pratt Gets Candid About Relationship With Brother Spencer And His Wife Heidi Montag

The premiere of The Hills: New Beginnings is less than one week away, but the drama for Stephanie Pratt has been building up for years.

She has been estranged from her brother, Spencer Pratt and his wife Heidi Montag, since before the original series ended in 2010.

The Pratt family drama played out on MTV during the shows original run, with Spencer freaking out on his younger sister several times thanks her friendship with his sworn enemy, Lauren Conrad. One iconic scene from The Hills is Spencer telling friends Stephanie is not relevant to his life.

When the MTV reality TV show ended, Stephanie moved to London to escape all of her family drama. However, now that the gang is back together, she has been forced to deal with the estranged relationship between her, Spencer and Montag.

The 33-year-old opened up to US Weekly regarding what it was like to be filming again, as well as the current status of her relationship with the couple known as Speidi.

“I love doing this revival now because I’m separate from my family, for the most part. Everything’s the same with Spencer, non-existent. But every family has drama!” Stephanie explained.

She has been open and honest about her family issues over the years. After it was announced both brother and sister would both be back for The Hills revival, Stephanie became brutally honest about her family dynamic.

“They are the most toxic people I’ve ever met. They are Bonnie and Clyde till they die. So, if they say, ‘The sky is black,’ all of us are morons for saying, ‘It’s blue.’… I’m going to expose them for who they are,” the Made In Reality author admitted.

The cast of The Hills: New Beginnings may be all grown up with families, but that does not mean the strained relationships don’t still exist. Stephanie Pratt, Spencer Pratt, and Heidi Montag are still estranged, despite filming the MTV revival.

Fans will have to tun in Monday, June 24th at 10 PM on MTV to see just how bad the Pratt family dynamic still is, as well as if they are ever filmed together. It would not be smart on the network’s part to keep this family from filming together. The drama is ratings gold!
