The President Of Scott Disick's Rehab Facility Speaks Out After Scott's Photo Leaks With Story

The president of All Points North Lodge has released a statement after the Daily Mail published a story and photo of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star at the rehab facility. The CEO is taking this invasion of privacy as seriously as possible.

Yesterday, the Daily Mail shared an exclusive story that Scott checked into a rehab after relapsing with cocaine and alcohol abuse due to quarantine while having problems with his ex and family.

The shocking story was a clear violation of HIPAA laws and was even accompanied by a solemn-looking Scott in uniform via Zoom meeting.

As soon as the story hit the press, Disick left the facility to go back home to LA.

His lawyer denied any claims of drug use and insisted that it was to properly deal with the grief of losing both of his parents within a few month’s time in 2013.

The attorney went on to say that a lawsuit would absolutely be filed.

It is APN’s strict policy to not publicly disclose patient-specific information, including whether or not a particular client is or was being treated at our facility, or has inquired about our services. If it were determined that any information relating to any client was ever obtained from APN facilities and provided to a media outlet, APN will take all legal action available against that individual, including cooperating with law enforcement and other governmental authorities. The APN Lodge team is overwhelmingly a group who dedicates their lives to bettering others and we are sickened by any publication who would report on an individual’s life struggles without their consent.’

Hopefully, Scott can seek the help he tried to receive without it going public.
