'The Rookie' Actress Afton Williamson Reveals The Identities Of The Man And Woman Who Allegedly Harassed And Assaulted Her Sexually

Via social media, The Rookie‘s star Afton Williamson recently announced that she would not be returning to the show after being sexually harassed and racially discriminated against and now she is naming names.

Williamson has returned to social media where she confessed that Demetrius Grosse, a recurring guest star on The Rookie, sexually harassed her multiple times, allegedly, of course.

The actress has also identified Hair Department Head Sallie Ciganovich as the person who allegedly made racially discriminating remarks against her and also sexually assaulted her.

Williamson also said she made numerous complaints to showrunner Alexi Hawley who failed to take any action to put an end to the matter.

She said this on social media: “I am so beyond overwhelmed by the outpouring of love, and kind words, scriptures, strength filled quotes, and devout support that has come my way. One Instagram post is just like those two fish and five loaves of Bread. The rippling effect it has had in just a few hours shows how much this world is aching with victims of racism, discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual assault, sexual abuse all of it.”
