Da Baby may have just landed himself in more legal trouble. The woman that he slapped at a concert appearance has been identified and found legal representation.

Tyronesha Laws was attempting to take a photo or video with the rapper when her phone hit him in the face and he reacted by slapping her down. Laws has decided to lawyer up.

Attorney Matt Morgan told TMZ: ‘Morgan & Morgan has been retained to represent the interests of Tyronesha Laws. Ms. Laws has received DaBaby’s Instagram message. We look forward to speaking with Mr. Kirk.’

This comes after Da Baby took to social media to offer money to anyone who had the footage of the woman hitting him first.

Social media users slammed the artist for reacting the way that he did and agreed that he shouldn’t be so quick to treat any of his fans that way — male or female.

After close examination of the video footage, the 28-year-old offered his side of the story and gave an apology where he said he is open to meet with the woman in person.

‘I do sincerely apologize. I do. I’m very sorry that there was a female on the other end of that flashlight on their phone. But you know, keep in mind, I couldn’t see you because you got the flash this close to me. Which is okay, it’s no problem. A lot of people did — they didn’t put it as close as you put it — but a lot of people had flash on me, and that’s okay. That’s what I signed up for. But out of all them fans—how many people know how to zoom in? Just zoom in instead of popping me in the m********* eye with the phone. But I do apologize that there was a female on the other end. I think by this time, you know it’s a well known fact that male or female, I would’ve responded the same exact way.’
