Tia Mowry has confessed that she has decided to focus on herself and well-being while in isolation in her California mansion.

The Sister, Sister actress has been giving her fans weekly updates on how she is taking care of herself on all levels, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually in order to beat the anxiety that she has been dealing with.

Recently, she took to Instagram, where she posted a few stunning photos — one in a pretty dress and another in a red bathing suit and spoke about a positive lifestyle.

The actress and television personality wrote: “This little light of mine, I’m going to let it shine. As I’ve suffered from #anxiety and #fear these past few months. I’ve looked to my #ancestors and have meditated on the #strength and the #faith that they have endured while being on this earth. Additionally, I’ve meditated on what my mother told me a few weeks ago. As I get out of bed every day, put my feet on the ground with an open heart, and say, “I can do all things through Christ, who gives me strength. Amen 🙏🏽”

She also posted a video where she is cleaning and explaining that it helps her to stay calm, happy, and focus.

She wrote: “Believe it or not! #cleaning helps me relieve #stress! Go figure. It’s actually something I like to do. #crazy right 🤪. I blame it on my #mom and #dad being in the #army. I started making my bed at #6 years old. They said everything in life try and do your best! Even if it’s just making up your bed. Well, how did I do? #cleaning”
