Tom Cruise Rant Goes Viral -- People Agree With Angry Actor

In a leaked audio recording making its way around the internet, a man believed to be Tom Cruise is heard slamming crew members on the set of the new Mission Impossible movie. Usually, an A-list actor going ballistic on set is a negative thing; however, most people in this instance agree with the mega-star.

For months, the movie industry was up in the air due to covid-19 restrictions. Now that most sets are up and running, crews and cast members have to take extra precautions when it comes to preventative measures put in place to protect people from Coronavirus.

It seems that some workers weren’t adhering to the social distancing guidelines and Tom had enough of it.

‘We are the gold standard. They’re back there in Hollywood making movies right now because of us. Because they believe in us and what we’re doing. I’m on the phone with every f—ing studio at night, insurance companies, producers and they’re looking at us and using us to make their movies. We are creating thousands of jobs, you motherf—ers. I don’t ever want to see it again. Ever!’ a voice could be heard saying according to The Sun.

Cruise allegedly went on to say: ‘You can tell it to the people who are losing their f—ing homes because our industry is shut down. It’s not going to put food on their table or pay for their college education. That’s what I sleep with every night – the future of this f—ing industry! So I’m sorry, I am beyond your apologies. I have told you, and now I want it, and if you don’t do it, you’re out. We are not shutting this f—ing movie down! Is it understood? If I see it again, you’re f—ing gone.’

It may seem harsh when first hearing about it, but when you think about it — he isn’t wrong. So many people are out of work due to this virus in addition to the fact that it can be deadly. This is why it’s imperative for everyone to follow procedure.

Fans took to media outlet comment sections to agree that Cruise was right.

George Clooney even chimed in with his two cents.

‘He didn’t overreact because it is a problem. I have a friend who’s an AD on another TV show who just had the almost exact same thing happen with not quite as far out a response.’
