Tomi Lahren Questions Breonna Taylor Case - Says Her Boyfriend Shot At The Police And They Fired Back

Hot New Hip Hop reported today that Breonna Taylor‘s purported murderers were left uncharged in the case that rocked the world over the last 48 hours. Brett Hankison, one of the police officers involved in the death of Taylor, was slapped with 3 counts of wanton endangerment.

No murder charges were laid against any of the police officers. As a result of the ruling which many feel were unjust, protestors have taken the streets of New York, Louisville, and other cities to express their outrage at the case.

It’s been reported that the decision was handed down on the same date as Emmett Till’s killers were indicted, showing how racism has lasted through the decades.

Either way, not everyone agrees with the protestors, including Tomi Lahren, who has been taking to her social media on a regular basis to comment on the ruling. Clearly, Tomi thinks the police did everything they could while conducting a warrant on Taylor’s home.

Breonna’s boyfriend fired at officers first as they were serving a LEGAL WARRANT. Officers returned fire and one of those bullets tragically struck and killed Breonna Taylor. It is a TRAGEDY but it is not MURDER.

Lahren wrote on her Twitter account this past evening that Taylor was “resisting arrest” when she was shot and killed by the police. Amid the backlash to her remarks, Tomi took to her Twitter account to say that her murder was a tragedy, but it wasn’t an example of police brutality or injustice.

According to the conservative commentator, Breonna’s boyfriend fired gunshots at the police as they went to her home on a legal warrant. The police shot back and she was killed in the aftermath. Tomi stated it was a “tragedy,” but not “murder.”

Lahren also took aim at Black Lives Matter protestors, saying how they think they’re “entitled” to harass people and destroy entire cities. She went on to say that they won’t “get a pass” just because they’re unhappy.

As most know, Breonna Taylor’s death has acted as a lightning rod for political controversy over the last few months, but especially after the death of George Floyd while in police custody. Ultimately, the two cases are quite different from one another, but both have proven to be contentious.
