Toni Braxton Denies The Birdman Split Rumors

It looks like Toni Braxton, and Birdman’s relationship is still going strong and the woman wants people to know that! The Braxton Family Values show had its premiere at The Doheny Room and while in attendance, Toni chatted with ET about the rumors that she and Birman are actually no longer together.

The breakup speculations started back in January when Birdman shared and then deleted an IG story that simply read: ‘It’s over,’ with no context.

But that was not even the end of it, because Braxton also proceeded to add to the rumors by posting that she was ‘Starting a new chapter isn’t always an easy choice…but ALWAYS choose to be chosen.’

Now, she addressed the breakup rumor, arguing that it just came out of nowhere!

‘We don’t know what happened. Someone said that [we were broken up] and we were like, ‘OK, we will just ride with it because it will give us some privacy. But we’re good.’

Speaking of rumors and breakups, she also discussed her sister’s split speculations as well.

‘Your guess is as good as mine. I want to be the tiny fly on the wall so I can have all the tea because I’m missing a whole lot of it. Do not get it twisted, for any of my sisters, if someone steps all over them and I do not like it, and they like it and they hurt really bad, believe me, I’ll step in. I’m that protector sister to make sure that they are OK,’ Toni stated.

So it seems like Toni and Birdman are still going strong but the rumors definitely did not come out of thin air.

Toni didn’t address those posts back in January so we may never know what actually happened between them at the time!
