As fans of ‘Little People, Big World’ are aware at this point, Tori and Zach Roloff have been the proud parents of a baby girl they named Lilah Ray since November! However, people have also been curious to know whether or not the infant is a little person like her father or not!
Finally, yesterday, the mother, Tori, took to social media to confirm that she was, indeed, born a little person!
The burning question was answered by her during a question and answer session on her IG Stories.
At some point, one followed asked: ‘Is your daughter a little person too?’
In response, Tori simply wrote: ‘yes.’
Then, she went on to explain how the 2 month old baby’s condition was what caused her to need a C-section at delivery.
‘Because Lilah has dwarfism. It is not that I could not have a VBAC [vaginal birth after a cesarean section] but most likely it would’ve ended in a C-section anyway so we just skipped ahead,’ she wrote.
Tori and Zach welcomed little Lilah Ray on November 19 and at birth, she weighed 8 lbs., 9 oz., and measured 18½ inches.
As for the name, Tori revealed that she had just always been a big fan of the first name she picked for the bundle of joy.
When it comes to the middle name however, it turns out that it is quite meaningful to her since they picked it to honor both her dad’s middle name as well as her grandpa’s nickname!
Baby Lilah has joined her older brother, Jackson Kyle, who is now 2 years old.
Tori previously gushed over being a mom of two in an IG post, saying that ‘I freaking love [being a parent to two kids]. I am so thankful and blessed by kiddos. Somehow we are two for two for easy babies!’
