One can certainly say that Tory Lanez has had a wild ride in 2020. Hot New Hip Hop says the performing artist was arrested earlier this year following allegations that he shot Megan Thee Stallion in the foot after a pool party one night.

Initially, rumors spread in the tabloids claiming Tory had shot Megan, however, the “Savage” rapper never confirmed them, at least until a few weeks later. On her Instagram account, Meghan came out and said that it was Tory who shot her.

It didn’t take long for many of the rapper’s former friends and collaborators to distance themselves from Mr. Lanez, who was on top of the world until the scandal hit the press. Moreover, Lanez came under fire once again when he released his last album, DAYSTAR, on Soundcloud.

Despite the fact it was only released on Soundcloud and no other platform, which means he didn’t make much money from it, many accused Tory of capitalizing on the controversy. Since then, Tory has been officially charged with the crime.

Reportedly, Lanez has since gone back to doing his Quarantine Radio show, although, Hot New Hip Hop says he spends a bit of his time trying to fight off trolls. In a clip shared on the website, Tory is taking calls from fans until a man chimes in and says he shot Megan.

According to Hot New Hip Hop, Tory tried to steamroll the man’s attempt at trolling Quarantine Radio, but he looked visibly perturbed by his call. The outlet claims Tory then said that more women were trying to call into the show.

Regarding what Tory intends on doing with his career from now on, the rapper has said he plans on continuing with his career as he normally has. This means there will likely be more Quarantine Radio episodes in the coming weeks and months.

As it was previously reported, Tory was charged with possession of a firearm and felony assault with a weapon over the Megan Thee Stallion incident. On his social media, Lanez claimed the trial would bring the truth forward.
