Staying fit is such a huge struggle for many people including myself. I struggle with staying consistent in the gym and eating healthy. Sometimes it takes working together as a group and setting fitness goals together to get it done. In 2019 we are going to push each other to do better. That’s what’s the WNM movement is all about.
