Turns Out Brad Pitt And Charlize Theron Are Actually Not Dating Contrary To Reports

It turns out that the Brad Pitt and Charlize Theron dating rumors were just that. Just Jared reported earlier in the evening today that Pitt and Theron are not actually an item; they’re just friends. Last year, the pair was spotted on a shoot for a Breitling campaign.

A source who spoke with People Magazine said that “about six months ago, they did a shoot together.” The insider went on to say that while they have been together on a number of different occasions, albeit not recently, the pair is not dating. Yesterday, it was reported that Brad and Charlize had shared a drink together, although, Brad had just mineral water.

Rumors swirled that Brad and Charlize connected sometime over the Christmas holidays somehow. But it wasn’t 100% clear how they managed to meet. Most reports indicated it was through Charlize’s ex-fiancé, Sean Penn, ironically.

Regarding Mr. Penn, Sean hasn’t been out in public much these days, but he did make an appearence on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, in which he was promoting his newest book.

Sean joked while on set that the greatest part of writing was the fact one doesn’t have to collaborate with anyone else. He actually stirred a bit of controversy in his new book, but it was short-lived. The Milk actor and Pitt are friends, apparently.

Furthermore, another source who spoke with Entertainment Tonight said to reporters that Brad and Theron get along pretty well, and enjoy each other’s company, but they’re not dating, and likely wouldn’t start anytime soon.

As it was reported previously, Brad and Angelina recently settled in court. The pair was fighting in a court of law in a custody battle, and it was revealed that neither party wanted to give in. However, they inevitably came to an agreement – which hasn’t been disclosed to the public.

Speaking on the Theron-Pitt-romance speculation, some fans online were not pleased that the rumors were untrue. Many suggested Charlize and Brad were like the picture-perfect couple, like two peas in a pod. But it turns out romantics will just have to wait and see who they end up with.
