The cast of Vanderpump Rules gathered at Lisa Vanderpump’s Los Angeles restaurant SUR this week to film the main titles for the upcoming season, and fans got their first chance to see the popular Bravo series’ three new cast members. James Kennedy posted some behind-the-scenes pics from the filming session, and he says that Season 8 is “coming in hot.”

All of the main cast members from Season 7 are coming back this year, including Vanderpump, Kennedy, Jax Taylor, Brittany Cartwright, Scheana Shay, Kristin Doute, Tom Sandoval, Tom Schwartz, Katie Maloney-Schwartz, Ariana Madix, Lala Kent, and Stassi Schroeder. Two of last year’s recurring cast members – Kennedy’s girlfriend Raquel Leviss and Schroeder’s fiance Beau Clark – will reportedly be full-time this season.

According to OK! Magazine, the only person from last year’s cast who will not be back is Billie Lee.

As for the newbies, they are Max Boyens, Dayna Kathan, and Brett Caprioni. Boyens will fit right into the cast, as he is the general manager of TomTom restaurant and was linked to Shay last year when they were spotted together at a Vanderpump Dogs event.

Kathan is a waitress at SUR who is friends with Kent, and Caprioni also works at the restaurant and is friends with SUR manager and recurring cast member, Peter Madrigal.

Times are definitely changing on the show as there are now two married couples – Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney-Schwartz, and Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright. And, there are also two upcoming weddings, as Schroeder and Clark are engaged, as well as Kent and film producer Randall Emmett.

Those changing relationships will definitely bring the drama this season, but there have been things happening on social media that should get a mention.

Kent and Emmett have been involved in a social media war with rapper 50 Cent over the summer, and Taylor blocked several of his co-stars, including his bestie Tom Sandoval. He says they are great people and he loves them, but he needed a break.

“People don’t understand, yes, we do film a show together, but we also hang out together everyday. We hang out together more when we don’t film than when we do film, if that makes any sense. So just like when you hang out with your brother and sister, you start to get annoyed after a while, you need a break. You need a break,” said Taylor.
