Wendy Williams Announces The Dissolution Of Her Foundation With Kevin Hunter

Wendy Williams is done with anything that has her soon-to-be ex-husband Kevin Hunter’s name attached to it. The talk show host announced that The Hunter Foundation is no more.

The 54-year-old put the charity in place to assist addicts who are trying to better themselves. This was shortly after she revealed that she was staying in a sober home to treat substance abuse.

Wendy announced during Hot Topics: “Wendy Williams has been, and remains, committed to helping others in the struggles of life. While accepting her new reality, many things in her life have changed including the dissolution of The Hunter Foundation. Wendy’s giving spirit will continue through her work with other foundations. Thank you.”

This comes after Williams’ downward spiral after finding out about her husband’s ongoing affair with mistress Sharina Hudson. Since then, Wendy has kicked Kevin to the curb, gotten a bachelorette pad, and is going out on the town quite often.

So much so, that it was rumored that she was dating her bodyguard. The former radio personality cleared it up by letting her viewers know that she is in fact dating but not her bodyguard.

“I am working on my divorce pleasantly. I am a single woman, running around New York. I go out a lot, I’m a good time girl I like to have fun. We do have our son, and he is away in college, and he’s home from college break, he sees me, he sees his dad. I have a really good view and I am reclaiming my life.”

She added: “I don’t have a boyfriend, but I must admit I am rediscovering my love of men. I do date and I date pretty often.”

People reports that she and Hunter have had zero contact because she ‘has nothing to say to him.’ It’s great to see Wendy come so far and separate herself from the negativity that was surrounding her.
