Wendy Williams Ready For A 'Fresh Start' After Estranged Husband Kevin Hunter Exits The Talk Show - She's 'More At Ease,' Source Says

According to a new insider report, Wendy Williams but also her crew, are very relieved to start anew on the show without her estranged husband Kevin Hunter! As you know, Wendy filed for divorce not too long ago after reports that he had been cheating on her and even got his mistress pregnant!

That being said, their marriage ending led to their professional relationship on the show also coming to an end as reports say Hunter is no longer the executive producer.

Now, one source tells HollywoodLife that Wendy feels much ‘less on edge’ since they’re no longer working together.

And that’s not all! Apparently, the crew also thinks ‘things will go much smoother’ without Kevin.

‘It is going to be a great weekend for Wendy and her crew as they’re all looking forward to work without Kevin. Granted, there’s crew members on Kevin’s side, but everybody has come to the understanding that things will go smoother moving forward, and Wendy will be less on edge now that he’s gone,’ the source explained.

An official spokesperson also confirmed via the news outlet that ‘Kevin Hunter’s no longer an Executive Producer on the Wendy Williams Show. Debmar-Mercury wishes him all the best in his future endeavors.’

And since he is gone, the source claims Wendy ‘is more at ease, and people are seeing the change in her attitude already. It is only going to lead to better shows and a better team. It’ll be nice for everyone to start to normalize the drama that has been happening lately. It will be a well needed fresh start.’

His exit happened on Tuesday, and his estranged wife supposedly felt like it was a day marking a ‘fresh start’ in her life and career.
