It has only been a few months since Pete Davidson and Ariana Grande broke off their engagement, but the Saturday Night Live comedian has already moved on with actress Kate Beckinsale. So, what does Grande think about her ex’s new relationship?

When Grande was on an outing last week with her mom, the paparazzi was close by. And, when photographers asked Grande about Davidson and Beckinsale, the singer simply responded, “So cute.”

The Thank U, Next singer’s short comment came just days after cameras spotted the 25-year-old comedian holding hands with the 45-year-old actress after his stand-up comedy show at Largo at the Coronet in West Hollywood. They walked hand-in-hand between exiting the club and getting into a waiting car, and then the two headed to Davidson’s hotel where they arrived still holding hands.

Despite the age difference, Beckinsale’s friends say it’s not a shock that the British beauty is dating the SNL star.

“It’s no surprise she likes Pete,” an insider told Us Weekly. “He makes her laugh, and she likes the fact he’s younger than her.”

The source added that Beckinsale loves to embrace her youthful side, and Davidson fits well into her fun-loving lifestyle. The Underworld star loves to hit up trendy spots where younger people hang out and go dancing, and she loves being “the life of the party.”

The rumors about Davidson and Beckinsale began in early January after they were spotted together at the InStyle Golden Globes After Party. A source said that the two were “outside on the patio,” and then they later left together after sipping champagne and flirting.

Grande isn’t the only celebrity to have an opinion about the Davidson-Beckinsale romance. Real Housewives of New York City star Bethenny Frankel gave her two cents last week with a NSFW tweet.
