YouTube's Biggest Content Creator PewDiePie And Marzia Bisognin Get Married

According to a report from HappyGamer.com, PewDiePie, the controversial YouTuber, just got married. Felix Kjellberg, the biggest content creator on Google’s streaming platform, married his longtime fiancée, Marzia Bisognin, this past Monday, and he announced the news on his Twitter account.

Mr. Felix wrote, “I’m the happiest I can be. I’m so lucky to share my life with this amazing woman.” People Magazine reports that Felix and Marzia married in a private London ceremony attended by many of their friends and family members.

Bisognin wrote on her account yesterday that she and PewDiePie got married approximately eight years after meeting. “It was the most beautiful day, which I will treasure forever,” the YouTuber beauty vlogger wrote on her account.

Fans of Kjellberg, 29, subscribe to his channel due to his popular videos in which he references social media memes and other controversial topics of the day. However, his career has been marred by controversy on account of a few different mistakes and verbal mishaps.

During a Livestream, Felix, while playing a war game with other players, uttered the N-word. Gamers know that absurd language and hurling obscenities is a common practice among players, especially online, however, PewDiePie was taken to task for his behavior due to his large following of 99 million subscribers.

Furthermore, Felix found himself in trouble back in 2017 when he uploaded a video in which two men held up a sign that said, “death to all Jews.” At the time of the scandal, YouTube spokespersons claimed they would no longer support him as a content creator, and were also canceling the release of Scare PewDiePie season 2.

PewDiePie’s choice of words got him into hot water again back in 2018 when he accused fellow YouTuber, Lilly Singh, of being an “idiot,” as well as a “crybaby,” for complaining about the supposed wage gap between men and women.

Some people online allege that mainstream media outlets have purposefully shamed and written hit-pieces about PewDiePie for political purposes.

For instance, one theory is that the networks and other mainstream media outlets accused PewDiepie of being a “white supremacist,” so they could pressure advertisers to no longer market products on popular political YouTubers’ videos, thus, eliminating their source of income, and stomping out independent content creators and competition in the process.
